颖鲤是国家重点科研攻关的水产良种繁育研究课题,是中国水产科学研究院长江水产研究所科技人员在“七五”期间取得的新的重要科研成果,1988年获得了中国水产科学研究院科技成果一等奖,1989年获得了农业部科技进步三等奖,1991年参加了《国家“七五”科技攻关重大成果展览会》。颖鲤是由鲤鲫移核鱼第二代为父本,黑龙江散鳞镜鲤为母本,经常规有性杂交而获得的第一代杂交种。其父本鲤鲫移核鱼是用江西婺源荷色红鲤的囊胚细胞核移植到本地鲫鱼的去核卵内发育而成的。因此,颖鲤是采用细胞工程技术与常规杂交技术的有机结合新的综合育种方法而获得的育种新秀。其技术新颖、独特,顾名思义称之为“颖鲤”。

The parent carp crucian carp is a nuclear transfer Wuyuan Heilongjiang carp cytoplasm nuclear transfer to local crucian carp enucleated eggs developed. Therefore, the Ying carp is a breeding rookie using a combination of cell engineering techniques and conventional hybridization techniques with a new integrated breeding method. The new technology, unique, as the name suggests, called “Ying carp.”
