目的　检测食品、饲料中黄曲霉毒素B1 。方法　采用先进的AgraQuantTM黄曲霉毒素检测试剂盒和StatFax 3 0 3Plus酶标读数仪 ,联合分析黄曲霉毒素B1 。结果　该方法与薄层层析法等各种方法相比具有灵敏度高、干扰少、测定步骤简便、快速、操作安全、设备投资少、测定结果准确可靠的优点。结论　该方法的测定结果令人满意 ,是目前测定黄曲霉毒素B1 较为理想的方法 Objective To detect aflatoxin B1 in food and feed. Methods The advanced AgraQuantTM aflatoxin detection kit and StatFax 3 0 3Plus enzyme reader were used to analyze aflatoxin B1. Results Compared with other methods such as TLC, this method has the advantages of high sensitivity, less interference, simple and rapid determination steps, safe operation, less equipment investment, and accurate and reliable determination results. Conclusion The method has satisfactory results and is the ideal method for the determination of aflatoxin B1
