近日,由南化公司研究院和苯化工部共同承担的苯胺节能新工艺工业化试验项目通过中石化科技部组织的成果评议,评议专家建议进一步推广应用这一新工艺。试验结果表明:装置采用苯胺节能新工艺后运行稳定,生产1吨苯胺可节省蒸汽0.11吨,氢气换热器结垢、堵塞现象显著改善,提高了工艺装置的安全性。据了解,南化公司苯化工部现有4套苯胺装置,在生产中存在能量利用不合理、流化床出口带少量催化剂颗粒形成结垢堵塞氢气换热器等问题,影响了装置的稳定运行。针对装置存在的问题,南化公
