试验选取弱春性主推小麦品种偃展4110、濮麦9号、豫麦18号为对照,对周麦23号产量构成因素、灌浆和光合规律、生理生化特性等进行了研究。结果表明,周麦23号产量的主要贡献来自穗粒数(40.6粒)和千粒重(46.1 g)的协同提高,以及较高的收获指数(46.6)和成穗率(54.8%),减少了无效分蘖对养分的消耗,有利于大穗的形成。较稳定的净光合速率及较低的气冠温差能有效的维持籽粒灌浆。另外,可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量也表明周麦23号具有较强的源叶碳氮代谢活性,灌浆中后期较强的根系活力保证了籽粒灌浆的充分进行。
The experiment was conducted to select the main spring wheat varieties Yanzhan 4110, Pumai 9 and Yumai 18 as the control. The yield components, grain filling, photosynthetic characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics of Zhoumai 23 were studied. The results showed that the main contribution of Zhoumai 23 was the synergistic increase of grain number per grain (40.6 grains) and grain weight (46.1 g), as well as the higher harvest index (46.6) Tiller on nutrient consumption, is conducive to the formation of big ears. Stable net photosynthetic rate and lower canopy temperature can effectively maintain grain filling. In addition, the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar also showed that Zhoumai 23 had strong carbon and nitrogen metabolism activity in the source leaves, and strong root activity in the middle and late grain filling ensured the full grain filling.
