目的通过对下肢畸形患儿运用足底受力显示仪取得的静态足印图来评价矫形器的矫正效果,并用比利时的Footscan计算机足底压力测试系统取得的动态足印图进行受力分析和提出进一步矫治方案的建议。方法先采用便携式足底受力显示仪对下肢畸形患儿采样获得静态足印图,在穿戴矫形器一段时间后再采样比较,最长跟踪达1年半。对其中部分患儿用Footscan计算机足底压力测试系统进行动态测量。结果足底受力显示仪能得出各种典型足印图(健全足和畸形足),并能定性反映足底的受力状态和矫形器矫正效果:在64例应用矫形器的患儿中显效24例,有效38例,无效2例,总有效率达97%。结论Footscan计算机足底压力测试系统不仅能对足底压力进行动态测量得出定量数据,而且还能对畸形足的矫正提出建议,为进一步的理论分析及矫治方案提供科学依据。
Objective To evaluate the correction effect of orthosis by using the static footprints obtained from the plantar force display instrument in children with lower extremity malformations and to analyze the force with the dynamic footprints obtained from the Footscan computer plantar pressure test system in Belgium Proposals for further correction programs. Methods A portable foot force display instrument was used to obtain static footprints of children with lower extremity malformations. After wearing the orthosis for a period of time, the samples were compared for a maximum of 1 year and a half. Some of these children with Footscan computer plantar stress test system for dynamic measurement. Results Plantar force display instrument can produce a variety of typical footprints (adequate feet and deformity), and can qualitatively reflect the plantar status and orthosis correction effect: In 64 cases of children with orthosis 24 cases were markedly effective, 38 effective and 2 ineffective, with a total effective rate of 97%. Conclusion The Footscan computer plantar stress testing system can not only quantitatively measure the plantar pressure dynamically, but also provide suggestions for the correction of deformity foot, which can provide a scientific basis for further theoretical analysis and treatment.
