随着我国城市化的快速发展,人口和生产要素随之不断向城市聚集,这使得城市在区域规模、职能和设施等方面必须做出相应的改变。房地产作为城市化的载体,在城市化进程中获得了大量商机并蓬勃发展起来。但是我国房地产起步晚,发展历史短,经验不足,房地产业在发展中存在诸多问题,本文分析了城市化带动下我国房地产市场的现状,并针对现存问题提出了对策。
With the rapid development of urbanization in our country, population and factors of production continue to accumulate in the cities, which makes the cities have to make corresponding changes in terms of regional scale, functions and facilities. As a carrier of urbanization, real estate has gained a lot of business opportunities and thrived in the process of urbanization. However, due to the late start of real estate development, short history of development and lack of experience, there are many problems in the development of real estate industry. This paper analyzes the current situation of China’s real estate market driven by urbanization and puts forward some countermeasures for the existing problems.
