为评价51份苦瓜种质资源的品质性状,本研究对可溶性糖、维生素C含量等16个品质相关性状进行多元统计分析。多样性分析发现,苦瓜16个品质性状的平均变异系数为29.24%,其中变异系数最大的是苦味,为55.79%,果实硬度的变异系数最小,为5.4%。相关性分析发现,有8对性状间表现为极显著正相关,7对性状间表现为极显著负相关,9对性状间表现为显著正相关,6对性状间表现为显著负相关,其它性状间相关性不显著。主成分分析结果表明,累计贡献率达到73.35%为前6个因子,说明苦瓜16个品质性状特征参数的大部分信息可以用这6个因子来概括。通过聚类分析将51份材料划分为6个类群。本研究结果为苦瓜种质资源的合理利用、品质改良和品种选育提供了参考依据。
In order to evaluate the quality traits of 51 bitter gourd germplasm resources, multivariate statistical analysis was conducted on 16 quality-related traits such as soluble sugar and vitamin C content. The results showed that the average coefficient of variation of 16 quality traits of bitter melon was 29.24%, the bitterness was the largest, the bitterness was 55.79%, and the coefficient of variation of fruit hardness was the lowest, which was 5.4%. Correlation analysis showed that there were 8 significant positive correlations among the traits, 7 significant negative correlations between the traits, 9 significant positive correlations, 6 negative correlations with other traits The correlation was not significant. The principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate reached 73.35% as the first six factors, indicating that most of the 16 quality traits characteristic parameters of bitter melon can be summarized by these six factors. According to cluster analysis, 51 materials were divided into 6 groups. The results of this study provide a reference for rational utilization of bitter gourd germplasm resources, quality improvement and variety breeding.
