以磷酸二异辛酯(DMHPA)为流动载体,对U(Ⅵ)的乳状液膜传质动力学进行了研究。测定了外相硝酸浓度、膜相载体浓度、温度等因素对传质速率的影响。实验结果表明,该体系在硝酸介质中对U(Ⅵ)的一次回收率达96%以上。并求得初始传质速率方程,计算了表观传质反应热。对应用该乳状液膜富集U(Ⅵ)的适宜条件也进行了讨论
The mass transfer kinetics of U (Ⅵ) emulsion membrane was investigated by using DMHPA as flow carrier. The influences of nitric acid concentration in outer phase, concentration of carrier phase and temperature on the mass transfer rate were measured. The experimental results show that the system in the nitric acid medium U (Ⅵ) recovery of more than 96%. The initial mass transfer rate equation was obtained and the apparent mass transfer reaction heat was calculated. The suitable conditions for the enrichment of U (VI) using the emulsion film are also discussed
