数学后进生问题是初中数学中一个必然存在的、十分令人沮丧的严重问题。由于后进生的复杂性、反复性、长期性,难免导致老师用片面的和偏激的心理来看待后进生,轻易下了后进生一无是处、无可救药的结论,往往导致学校、家庭、自身三方放任自由、破罐破摔、自暴自弃的现象。作为教育工作者,积极探索、转化后进生是我们不可推卸的责任,下面结合本人的实践与借鉴他人之长,谈谈自己的管窥之见。
The problem of mathematical underachievement is an inevitable and very frustrating serious problem in junior high school mathematics. Due to the complexity, repetitiveness, and long-term nature of backward students, it is inevitable that teachers will use one-sided and extreme psychology to view backward students, and easily underestimate the backwardness and incorrigibility of the students, often resulting in the tripartite school, family, and their own tripartite Freedom, breaking the cans, throwing oneself to death and throwing oneself away. As educators, actively exploring and transforming backward students is our responsibility that cannot be shirked. Let’s talk about one’s own insights by combining one’s own practice with one’s own.
