本文报道了金属硫酸盐及其复合物在DBP合成中催化作用的规律,并对其可能机理作了探讨.实验结果表明,经过热处理脱水的硫酸盐的催化活性大于含结晶水的硫酸盐;二元复合硫酸盐均具有协同催化作用,但最适宜的催化活性既依赖于体系中组分的搭配,又依赖于其组分的配比.适宜的二元复合硫酸盐的催化活性与浓硫酸的催化活性相近.但不会产生氧化、脱水等副反应,并可重复使用.
