1.施工法概要深层混合处理施工法是近年来研制出的一种新的改良地基施工法,在日本滨海地区已经实用。这种施工法是将生石灰、消石灰、水泥浆、水泥砂浆等稳定剂与深层软土用搅拌机搅拌,把深层的软弱土改良成所要求的强度,是一种化学改良地垦法。 1.1施工法的特点 (1)一次施工即能将土改良成桩状,就地接合成连续的整体,如图—1所示,对外力来讲是最合理的形状。(2)调整稳定剂的掺量,在短期内即能达到所需强度,能大幅度地缩短工期。(3)改良后土的屈服应力高,在正常荷载情况下几乎不发生沉降或变位量很小。(4)因不挖掉原地基的软土而在原状下进行改良,对周围原有建筑影响
1. Summary of construction methods The deep mixing treatment construction method is a new improved foundation construction method developed in recent years and has been practically used in Japan’s coastal areas. This construction method is to use lime, hydrated lime, cement slurry, cement mortar and other stabilizers and deep soft soil to stir with a mixer to improve the deep soft soil to the required strength, which is a chemical improvement method. 1.1 Features of the Construction Method (1) Once the construction is completed, the soil can be improved into piles and joined together into a continuous whole. As shown in Fig. 1, it is the most reasonable shape for external forces. (2) The amount of stabilizing agent can be adjusted to achieve the desired strength in a short period of time, which can significantly shorten the construction period. (3) The yield stress of the improved soil is high, and almost no settlement or very small displacement occurs under normal load conditions. (4)Improved under the original condition because the soft soil of the original foundation is not excavated, and it affects the surrounding original buildings.
