以乌桕种子为材料,采用不同浓度GA3处理,结合低温层积,对乌桕种子发芽进行试验研究。结果表明:GA3处理可以提高乌桕种子发芽率、发芽势,经过30 d低温处理结合GA3600 mg/L对其发芽率、发芽势影响最大,效果最好,且活力指数最高。
The seeds of Asparagus officinalis L. were used as materials, treated with different concentrations of GA3, combined with low temperature stratification to test the germination of the seeds. The results showed that: GA3 treatment could improve the germination rate and germination energy of A. chinensis seeds. After 30 days of low temperature treatment combined with GA3600 mg / L, the germination rate and germination potential had the greatest effect, the best effect and the highest vigor index.
