本文研究了四种贝母生物碱(FH1~FH4)对离体豚鼠及大鼠心肌、兔胸主动脉条和蟾蜍坐股神经干生理效应的影响。在左心房,FH1、FH4剂量依赖性地增强心肌收缩力,在右心房则减慢心率。FH2正肌作用微弱,FH3却表现为负性正肌作用。在离体血管上,FH1~FH4均可明显对抗甲氧胺引起的血管收缩作用;对神经动作电位无影响。提示其正肌作用机制可能与抑制磷酸二酯酶有关
In this paper, the effects of four Fritillaria alkaloids (FH1-FH4) on the physiology of isolated guinea pig and rat heart, rabbit thoracic aorta and sacral femoral nerve were studied. In the left atrium, FH1, FH4 dose-dependently enhanced myocardial contractility and slowed heart rate in the right atrium. FH2 has a weak positive muscle function, whereas FH3 shows a negative positive muscle effect. On isolated blood vessels, FH1 - FH4 can significantly counteract the vasoconstriction induced by methoxamine; there is no effect on nerve action potential. Prompt that its positive muscle action may be related to the inhibition of phosphodiesterase
