首先对ETFE薄膜进行了单向拉伸试验,由应力-应变曲线计算力学参数:屈服强度、屈服应变、切线弹性模量和割线弹性模量.采用两种环氧树脂1∶1质量比制备胶黏剂,实现应变片与ETFE粘结协同,然后对其标定.研制了由荷载模拟、ETFE气枕、压力控制系统和测量系统组成的试验系统.成功地进行了风压、风吸正常承载力试验和极限承载力试验,应用三维扫描仪实现ETFE气枕形态无接触测量,并与数值分析结果进行了对比.本文成果对ETFE气枕设计具有参考价值.
First, the uniaxial tensile test of ETFE film was carried out, and the mechanical parameters such as yield strength, yield strain, tangent elastic modulus and secant elastic modulus were calculated from the stress-strain curve.The two kinds of epoxy resin were prepared by 1: 1 mass ratio Adhesive to make the strain gauge bond with ETFE and then calibrate it.The test system composed of load simulation, ETFE cushion, pressure control system and measuring system was developed.The wind pressure, Force test and ultimate bearing capacity test, the non-contact measurement of ETFE air-cushion was carried out by means of three-dimensional scanner, and compared with the numerical analysis results.The results of this paper have reference value for ETFE air-cushion design.
