目的为了快速、初步了解学龄前儿童群体中的屈光状态及变化,及时发现超出生理范围可能影响视力的屈光异常,以便早期诊断和治疗弱视。方法用Suresight筛选仪自然状态下筛查15933人(31866眼)。对屈光异常者中313人(626眼)做散瞳验光明确诊断。结果6月~5岁儿童群体屈光筛查,屈光异常率为18.89%。超过仪器测量范围及仪器测量不出者占2.31%。各年龄段中,6个月屈光异常率最高,1岁以后下降,4~5岁又有上升趋势,差异有高度显著性统计学意义(χ2=431.05,P<0.01)。复查屈光异常者313人(626眼),自然状态下Suresight筛查仪筛查的屈光异常结果与散瞳检影比较,球镜度数相关系数r=0.536(P<0.01)。柱镜度数相关系数r=0.754(P<0.01)。相关性均有统计学意义。自然状态下Suresight筛选仪在仪器测量范围内的屈光筛查异常者中,24.45%确诊为弱视。超过仪器测量范围及仪器检测不出者,均为弱视。结论Suresight筛选仪适用于婴幼儿和学龄前儿童屈光筛查,对屈光筛查异常者应尽早行静态屈光检查,明确诊断。
Objective To understand the refractive status and changes of pre-school children in order to find out the refractive abnormalities that may affect visual acuity beyond the physiological range in order to diagnose and treat amblyopia. Methods Salthight screening instrument screened 15933 people (31866 eyes) under natural conditions. Of the abnormal refractive in 313 people (626 eyes) to do a clear examination of mydriasis optometry. Results Six months to 5 years old children’s population refractive examination, refractive error rate was 18.89%. Exceed the measurement range of the instrument and the measurement of the instrument did not account for 2.31%. In each age group, the abnormal rate of refraction at 6 months was the highest, decreased after 1 year of age, and then increased at 4 ~ 5 years. The difference was highly significant (χ2 = 431.05, P <0.01). A total of 313 eyes (626 eyes) were examined retrospectively. Compared with mydriatic retinoscopy, Suresight screening showed that the correlation coefficient of spherical degree was 0.536 (P <0.01). The correlation coefficient of the degree of cylinder was r = 0.754 (P <0.01). Correlations were statistically significant. Suresight Screening Device Naturally, 24.45% of patients with refractive abnormalities within the measurement range of the instrument were diagnosed as amblyopia. Exceed the measurement range of the instrument and the instrument can not detect, are amblyopia. Conclusion The Suresight screening instrument is suitable for refraction screening of infants and preschool children. Patients with abnormal refraction screening should undergo static refraction as soon as possible to confirm the diagnosis.
