数控机床(或实验台)在使用的过程中,或多或少总会出现不同的故障,影响了日常教学和生产进度。为此,快速查找故障点和解决故障成了一个急需解决的问题。本文从华中数控的HED-21S实验台多次实验及数控机床维修经验总结而得,从强电线路、弱电控制线路出发,分别介绍了电机运转故障、PLC的I/O口故障等分析,希望能为数控机床的部分故障提供借鉴和分享。
