目的 探讨螺旋CT血管造影 (CTA)对颅内动脉显示的临床应用价值。 方法 本组 12 0例 ,用SCT进行快速容积扫描 ,采集数据。然后将容积扫描数据在工作站上进行处理 ,利用MlP、SSD进行重建和应用仿真内窥镜技术等 ,获得脑血管造影图像。 结果 ( 1)SCT对颅内较粗大的动脉显示良好。对Willis环的显示率近10 0 % ,而对一些细小动脉的显示率较差。 ( 2 )对 0 4cm以上的脑动脉瘤显示清楚。 ( 3)对AVM能做出明确诊断。( 4 )对脑肿瘤能显示供血动脉和回流静脉。 ( 5 )运用仿真内窥镜技术 ,能够清楚观察到血管内膜及多支血管的内口、粥样硬化的斑块、附壁血栓和肿瘤的供血动脉及分流等结构。 结论 CTA可全脑多支血管同时显示 ,可多角度多方位的观察 ,对颅内血管性疾病可明确诊断 ,是一项实用的有效的检查技术
Objective To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT angiography (CTA) in intracranial arteries. Methods 120 cases of this group, using SCT for rapid volume scanning, collecting data. Volume scan data is then processed on a workstation, and MlP and SSD are used for reconstruction and simulation endoscopy to obtain cerebral angiography images. Results (1) SCT showed a good intracranial artery. The display rate of Willis rings is nearly 100%, while the display rate of some small arteries is poor. (2) 0 4cm above the brain aneurysm showed clearly. (3) AVM can make a clear diagnosis. (4) for brain tumors can show the feeding artery and reflux vein. (5) With the simulation endoscopy, we can clearly observe the structures of the internal ostia of the vascular intima and multivessel vessels, atherosclerotic plaque, the thrombus of the mural artery and the feeding artery of the tumor and shunt. Conclusions CTA can simultaneously show multiple vessels in the whole brain and can be observed from different angles and angles. It is a useful and effective technique for the diagnosis of intracranial vascular diseases
