目的探讨哮喘病患者Thl/Th2的变化及布地奈德(BUD)对其的影响。方法采用ELISA法测定正常人和哮喘患者治疗前、后外周单个核细胞(PBMC)培养上清液中γ-干扰素和白细胞介素-4水平。结果哮喘组γ-干扰素水平治疗前、后分别为(79士30)ng/L、(83士35)ng/L,与正常对照组(275士98)ng/L比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05);哮喘组白细胞介素-4水平治疗前、后分别为(121±86)ng/L、(37±28)ng/L,与正常对照组(14士8)ng/L比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患者Thl类细胞因子γ-干扰素表达减弱,Th2类细胞因子白细胞介素-4优势表达,存在Thl/Th2失衡;布地奈德可抑制白细胞介素-4的表达,从而调节Thl/Th2平衡。
Objective To investigate the changes of Th1 / Th2 in patients with asthma and the effect of budesonide (BUD) on it. Methods The levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the supernatant of peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from normal and asthma patients before and after treatment were measured by ELISA. Results The levels of IFN-γ in asthma group were (79 ± 30) ng / L before and after treatment (83 ± 35) ng / L, which were significantly different from those in normal control group (275 ± 98) ng / L (121 ± 86) ng / L and (37 ± 28) ng / L before and after treatment, respectively, compared with the control group (14 ± 8) ng / L The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of Thl cytokine interferon-γ in asthmatic patients is weakened, the Th2 cytokine interleukin-4 is predominantly expressed, and Th1 / Th2 is imbalanced. Budesonide inhibits the expression of interleukin-4 and regulates Th1 / Th2 balance.
