对38例行心脏瓣膜置换手术的患者实施了规范化的呼吸系统的康复护理，并与52例实施一般性护理的同类患者进行比较，结果显示，规范化康复护理有助于患者术后恢复，使用呼吸机时间和鼻导管吸氧时间缩短、自行排痰时间提前，且咳痰有力、方法正确，胸片、血气分析报告结果均明显优于一般性护理，结果表明，对行全麻手术患者实施规范化的呼吸系统康复护理是十分必要和有效的．
A total of 38 patients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery underwent a standardized respiratory rehabilitation care and compared with 52 patients undergoing general care.
