目的探讨三氯乙烯(TCE)对接触者免疫球蛋白水平和脂质过氧化作用。方法选择50名TCE接触者为TCE接触组,50名不接触TCE的健康对照组以及5名TCE中毒病人作为观察对象,分别测定外周血液中IgA、IgE、IgG、IgM水平,并测定丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力。结果TCE接触组及TCE中毒组与对照组比较,IgA、IgE和IgG水平无明显改变;TCE接触组与对照组比较,IgM水平下降(t=3.38,P<0.01);TCE中毒组与对照组比较,IgM水平下降(t=2.16,P<0.05)。MDA、SOD和GSH-PX水平在TCE接触组和TCE中毒病人中明显升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论接触三氯乙烯可致部分免疫球蛋白水平改变,明显增强体内脂质过氧化作用。
Objective To investigate the immunoglobulin levels and lipid peroxidation in contact with trichlorethylene (TCE). Methods Fifty TCE contacts were selected as TCE contact group, 50 healthy controls without TCE exposure and 5 TCE poisoned patients as observation subjects. The levels of IgA, IgE, IgG and IgM in peripheral blood were measured respectively. The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity. Results There was no significant change of IgA, IgE and IgG levels in TCE exposure group and TCE poisoning group compared with control group. The level of IgM in TCE exposure group was lower than that in control group (t = 3.38, P <0.01) In comparison, IgM levels decreased (t = 2.16, P <0.05). The levels of MDA, SOD and GSH-PX in TCE exposure group and TCE poisoning group were significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion Exposure to trichlorethylene can change some immunoglobulin levels and significantly increase lipid peroxidation in vivo.
