我厂试制并小批量生产新型结构的柴油机连杆。其连杆体、盖的装配定位是依靠定位键与定位槽来保证的,见图1。连杆先在X62铣床上粗铣,留精磨余量。粗铣时,连杆体、盖采用同一组合铣刀加工。在夹具上的定位情况见图2。对连杆定位键与槽的精磨也在X62铣床上进行,其工艺方法如下: 如图2所示,连杆体用小头工艺孔、大头定位台和大头端面定位,连杆盖用螺栓平台、一个侧面和大头端面定位。总之,精磨与粗铣的定位、夹紧方法相同,并且使用同一套夹具。磨削分两道工序进行,先磨结合面及定位键侧面,
