我科1995年～2000年应用甲氨蝶呤(MTX)、氟美松鞘内注射联合甲基强的松龙(MP)冲击治疗狼疮性脑病30例,取得了明显疗效。1 材料和方法1.1 一般资料女26例,男4例,年龄12～52岁,平均28.5岁。以红斑性狼疮(SLE)起病到出现脑损害的时间<1年者20例,1～2年者6例,>2年者4例。全部病例符合下列条件:(1)根据1982年美国风湿病学会修订的SLE分类标
