多道次拉深旋压成形工艺复杂,旋轮轨迹与工艺参数的选取及其之间的匹配直接影响旋压件的成形质量和尺寸精度。因此,研究不同的旋轮轨迹和工艺参数对多道次拉深旋压成形的影响具有重要的意义。以Al6061和SPCC材料为研究对象,通过试验对比研究了不同轨迹的道次曲线和工艺参数对多道次拉深旋压成形质量的影响。结果表明:在其它工艺参数相同的情况下,采用凸凹圆弧往返进给无道次贴模推进的旋轮轨迹时,所获得的旋压件壁厚最均匀;采用此种旋轮轨迹时,旋轮安装角和进给比越大工件越容易起皱。
The multi-pass deep drawing process is complex, the selection of the rotary track and the process parameters and the matching between them directly affect the forming quality and dimensional accuracy of the spinning parts. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the influence of different roller track and process parameters on multi-pass deep drawing. Taking Al6061 and SPCC as the research objects, the effects of different trajectory pass curves and process parameters on the quality of multi-pass deep drawing were investigated through experiments. The results show that the wall thickness of the spunlaid is the most uniform when using the reciprocating process of the convex and concave circular arcs with the other process parameters being the same. Rotor mounting angle and the greater the feed ratio, the more likely to wrinkle the workpiece.
