笔者查阅了现行4种版本(人教、上科、苏教和鲁科版)的高中化学新课程教材和教师教学用书,凡属于乙醇催化氧化反应的实验,其操作都是用2.0%的硫酸铜溶液和10.0%的氢氧化钠溶液反应配制的混合物作氧化剂,在加热的条件下氧化醛基。该实验始于人教版高中教材,至今已有数十载,是一个易成功、教学效果好的传统经典实验。但近年来在一些专业期刊的研究中,有作者研究指出“反应方程式CH3CHO+
The author consulted the current high school chemistry curriculum materials and teachers’ teaching books of the current 4 editions (Humanities, Science, Education and Luke).
