教学反思对于提高初中英语课堂教学具有实践性的意义。在探究学习及教学实践中体会到,微格教学与教学反思有着密切的关系,微格教学是培养初中英语教师教学反思能力的有效途径之一。通过分析微格教学的原理,先制订微格教学课堂设计项目单,然后设置相应的有效课堂教学评价单,教师根据设计项目备课及上课,进而借助教学评价表开展有效的课堂教学反思,最终得以有效提高初中英语课堂教学效果。
Teaching reflection is of practical significance to improve junior high school English classroom teaching. In inquiry learning and teaching practice, we can see that micro-teaching is closely related to teaching reflection. Micro-teaching is one of the effective ways to cultivate junior high school English teachers’ teaching ability of reflection. By analyzing the principle of micro-teaching, the first micro-teaching classroom design project list, and then set the corresponding effective classroom teaching evaluation list, the teacher according to the design project preparation and class, and then use the teaching evaluation form to carry out effective classroom teaching reflection, and ultimately to Effectively Improve Junior Middle School English Classroom Teaching Effectiveness.
