目的:研究不同产地延胡索中微量元素含量、确定其特征性元素及地域分布特征。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对6个不同产地的延胡索的微量元素进行测定,并用SPSS 13.0对实验数据进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果:经主成分分析确定了4个主成分,累计方差贡献率达93.157%。其中第1主成分的方差贡献率为44.328%,Cu、Ca、Pb和Zn为延胡索的特征微量元素。聚类分析将6个产地的延胡索按地域性聚为两大类。结论:Cu、Ca、Pb、Zn为延胡索的特征微量元素,不同产地延胡索中的微量元素含量有差异且存在地域特征性。本研究可为延胡索的种质资源利用开发与质量控制提供参考依据。
Objective: To study the content of trace elements in Corydalis yanhushensis from different habitats and to determine their characteristic elements and geographical distribution characteristics. Methods: The trace elements of corydalis in six different habitats were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The principal component analysis and clustering analysis of the experimental data were carried out by SPSS 13.0. Results: Four principal components were identified by principal component analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate reached 93.157%. The variance contribution of the first principal component was 44.328%. Cu, Ca, Pb and Zn were the characteristic trace elements of corydalis. Cluster analysis of the origin of 6 corydalis grouped into two broad categories. CONCLUSION: Cu, Ca, Pb and Zn are the characteristic trace elements of corydalis. The content of trace elements in corydalis root of different origins is different and there are some regional characteristics. This study can provide references for the development and quality control of Cynanchum panicum L. germplasm resources.
