固氮菌肥料已广泛地在我国农村推广应用.从几年来应用的效果可以看出,在正确使用的条件下,一般都能获得不同程度的增产结果.但是,也有这样的情况:固氮菌肥料在一些地区应用增产效果不显著,有时甚至完全无效.本文介绍我们在田间条件下,接种固氮菌后对土壤中固氮菌数量的动态变化,以及对作物增产作用进行观察的一些结果.试验是在辽宁西部风沙地区的沙壤土上进行的.试验地布置在昌图县三江口人民公社第六生产队的耕地上.供试的作物为玉米(大马牙)和谷子(小黄谷).接种用的固氮菌为230和19.230是我所分离和推广的菌种(Azotobacter vinelandii);19是由宁夏灵武白家滩沙土中分得的菌种(Azotobacter chroococcum),具有较高的固氮能力.

Nitrogen fixation Mycobacterium species 230 and 19.230 are mycotoxins isolated and disseminated (Azotobacter vinelandii); 19 is a species of Azotobacter chroococcum isolated from the sand of Lingjiabaijia beach in Ningxia with high nitrogen fixation capacity.
