2014年是国家房地产宏观调控政策实施较为平稳的一年。朝阳区作为全市最活跃的房地产投资市场,伴随调控力度的不断施压,2014年全区房地产投资形势依旧低位运行,商品房销售面积和销售额双双走低,到位资金快速收紧,但其中受自住型商品房及房地产政策微调影响,年底前投资及销售连续下降趋势得到一定程度的遏制,预计2015年房地产市场仍将处于深度调整期。
