Thousands of years of feudal society in China are lasciviously bound to women, and Cheng Zhuli’s study advocates that women should take virginity as a sacrificial festival, bringing the brutal system to its fullest. However, when examining the Book of Songs, which was born in the Spring and Autumn Period, it was found that women in the era of The Book of Songs were free to enjoy, love and even combine with their favorite men. They boldly sing for themselves, frankly to express their feelings, boldly reveal the favorite man’s favorite. All so-called women’s virtues in them almost no trace of chastity concept is vanished.
