在低碳钢基底表面激光熔覆TiC/金刚石粉末,并利用扫描电镜、能量仪、硬度仪和磨损试验机对TiC/金刚石粉末覆层进行显微组织和力学性能分析。结果表明:TiC/金刚石粉末覆层可与低碳钢基底形成良好的冶金结合,均匀的分散于碳钢表面。在TiC粉末中添加1.5%的金刚石粉末能较好的提升熔覆层的硬度与抗磨能力,且在磨损的过程中,由于金刚石粉末能够自动的填补磨损表面中的微小缝隙而不会形成磨粒而刮损表面,从而提高覆层的耐摩擦性。
TiC / diamond powder was laser cladding on the surface of mild steel substrate, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of TiC / diamond powder coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, energy meter, hardness tester and wear tester.
