针对某高速公路水泥稳定碎石基层建设项目,基于大量日常检测数据,分析了水稳基层混合料级配变异性、含水量变异性、水泥剂量变异性、抗压强度变异性等影响基层混合料生产质量的关键因素。结果表明:(1)混合料级配的变异性随集料级配变异性的增大而增大,且随筛孔的减小,集料级配的变异系数和混合料级配的变异性系数都在增大;(2)混合料含水量需重点控制,规律宜近似显正态分布,且规律性较强、变异性并不多;(3)混合料水泥剂量也需重点控制,对季冻地区特殊的天气条件,应尽量选用较小的水泥剂量,以有效的改善干缩裂缝。
