藏族女大学生毕业后,绝大多数人选择回家乡进国家政府机关当公务员。从短期来看,国家对藏族大学生的保护性就业政策,能够缓解藏族大学生的就业问题,有利于藏族家庭的发展和实现藏区社会稳定。但从藏区长期发展来看,藏族女大学生就业现状不利于区外人才的流入,也不利于藏族高级人才的培养,藏区人才将长期处于低水平、封闭的循环,这种人才结构将制约藏族社会的长远发展。建议:中央政府和藏区地方政府调整大学生就业政策,采取措施鼓励藏族大学生异地就业,异地培养开放型的高级藏族人才,实现藏区人才的双向流动,特别是民间高层次的人才长期、稳定流入,将成为促进藏区发展的关键。
After graduating Tibetan female students, the overwhelming majority of people choose to go back to their hometowns to work as government officials in the state government. In the short term, the state’s protective employment policy on Tibetan college students can ease the employment of Tibetan college students, facilitate the development of Tibetan families and achieve social stability in Tibetan areas. However, from the perspective of long-term development in Tibetan areas, the status quo of Tibetan female university graduates employment is not conducive to the inflow of talents from outside the region, nor is it conducive to the cultivation of Tibetan senior talents. Tibet’s talents will remain in a low-level and closed cycle over a long period of time. This talent structure will restrict Long-term development of Tibetan society. Suggestions: The Central Government and local governments in Tibet adjust the employment policies for university graduates, take measures to encourage Tibetan college students to work in different places, cultivate open and advanced Tibetan talents in different places and realize the two-way flow of talent in Tibetan areas, especially the long-term and steady inflow of high- , Will be the key to promoting the development of Tibetan areas.
