为了在EAST装置上建立量化的真空与壁处理技术研究平台,我们构筑了以研华工控机、NI-6229数据采集卡为硬件基础,LabVIEW软件为编程环境的数据采集系统。该系统特色体现在充分利用LabVIEW图形化编程语言直观特性进行数据采集的同时,在程序内嵌入相关公式节点,利用文本语言简洁、灵活的特性对采集的数据进行处理。本系统通过提高真空信号与温度信号的采样速率和采样精度,使获得的数据很好地满足了EAST装置壁滞留研究和低温泵再生运行的要求,为EAST装置的稳态运行及物理实验研究提供了良好的平台。这一系统的可靠性和先进性已在最新一轮EAST实验中得到了验证。
In order to establish a quantitative vacuum and wall processing technology research platform on the EAST device, we built a data acquisition system based on Advantech IPC, NI-6229 data acquisition card and LabVIEW software as the programming environment. The system is characterized by full use of the visual characteristics of LabVIEW graphical programming language for data acquisition, embedded in the program related formula nodes, the use of text language concise, flexible features of the collected data processing. By improving the sampling rate and sampling accuracy of the vacuum signal and temperature signal, the system meets the requirements of EAST device wall retention research and cryogenic pump regeneration operation very well, providing the steady state operation and physics experimental research of EAST device A good platform. The reliability and advancement of this system have been validated in the latest round of EAST experiments.
