以南京市鼓楼国际服务外包产业园江水源热泵区域供冷供热项目为对象,搭建了测试平台,针对波纹铜管和光管两种换热铜管进行了模拟实际运行,并进行了相关换热测试。对测试数据进行了处理和分析,结果表明,光管的污垢热阻平均值仅为高效管的57%,但是即使考虑污垢热阻的影响,在实验末期,高效管的换热能力仍然比光管要高出约30%~35%。
Taking the Gulou International Outsourcing Industrial Park, a water source and heat pump district heating and cooling project in the city of Nanjing as an example, a test platform was set up to simulate the actual operation of corrugated copper tube and light pipe two kinds of heat exchange copper tubes, and related heat exchange test. The test data were processed and analyzed. The results show that the average fouling resistance of the light pipe is only 57% of that of the efficient pipe. However, even considering the influence of the fouling resistance, the heat exchange capacity of the efficient pipe is still lower than that of the light Tube about 30% to 35% higher.
