本研究旨在从血浆和肺组织脂质过氧化物含量和溶酶活性及其与肺损伤的关系,探讨山莨菪碱对百草枯中毒的治疗作用。实验用成年SD雌性大鼠,设正常对照组(N组n=12);百草枯组(PQ组n=17),腹腔注射百草枯(50mg/kg);山莨菪碱治疗组(PQ+An组n=24),注射百草枯后5min,6h,12h,加注山莨菪碱50mg/kg。注射百草枯后24h,取动脉血和肺,测定丙二醛(MDA)含量、β-葡萄糖苷酸酶(β-G)和酸性磷酸酶
The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of anisodamine on paraquat poisoning from the relationship between lipid peroxide content and lysozyme activity in plasma and lung tissue and its relationship with lung injury. Adult SD female rats were used in the experiment. Normal control group (N=n=12); Paraquat group (PQ group n=17), intraperitoneal injection of paraquat (50mg/kg); Anisodamine treatment group (PQ+An Group n = 24), 5mg, 6h, 12h after the injection of paraquat, 50 mg/kg anisodamine was added. 24 hours after the injection of paraquat, arterial blood and lungs were taken to determine malondialdehyde (MDA) content, β-glucuronidase (β-G) and acid phosphatase
