1975年Maupas等人在法国图尔病毒学研究所和7个血液透析中心对482名工作人员和135名患者进行接种乙型肝炎疫苗的试验。受试者每人接种3次,各相隔1个月,每次接种剂量为5μg的HBsAg,健康受试者有95％获良好的效果。接种第4次后,有效率提高至98%。血液透析者则相反,注射4次后,测定其血液抗-HBs抗体滴度,估价最佳效应可望达77%。此结果大概与默克公司制备的疫苗接种相
In 1975, Maupas et al. Conducted 48 Hepatitis B workers and 135 patients in the Hepatitis B Vaccine Institute and the Hemodialysis Center in France. Subjects were vaccinated three times per person, one month apart, at a dose of 5 μg HBsAg per dose, and 95% of healthy subjects achieved good results. After the fourth vaccination, the efficiency increased to 98%. On the contrary, for hemodialysis patients, the blood anti-HBs antibody titers were measured after 4 injections and the best estimate of the effect was expected to reach 77%.
