车辆在行驶过程中产生的低频高强度振动会影响到驾乘的舒适性和操纵的安全性,驾驶员长期在振动的环境中工作容易引发职业性疾病,严重损害驾驶员的身心健康,甚至引起交通事故。改善车辆座椅的设计理念、降低振动传递、提高驾乘舒适性成为车辆座椅设计过程中亟待解决的问题。文中以人机工程学和振动舒适度为基础提出一种基于并联机构的多自由度减振座椅设计理念,为车辆座椅的人性化设计提供了理论参考。
The low-frequency and high-intensity vibrations generated during driving can affect the comfort of driving and the safety of operation. Long-term driver’s working in vibrating environment can easily lead to occupational diseases, seriously impair the driver’s physical and mental health, and even cause Traffic accident. Improve the design concept of the vehicle seat to reduce vibration transmission and improve the driving comfort has become a problem in the vehicle seat design process. Based on ergonomics and vibration comfort, this paper proposes a multi-degree-of-freedom vibration-damping seat design concept based on parallel mechanism, which provides a theoretical reference for the human-oriented design of vehicle seat.
