本文叙述了对硅钢用氧化镁天津T-5MgO、青岛08-MgO和日本T-2MgO的物理化学性质用EM-201透射电子显微镜作了MgO颗粒形貌和尺寸分布的观察。在3427型导数图仪上作了差热分析和热重分析。对用上述氧化镁作原料经涂布和退火生成的取向硅钢片隔离涂层—硅酸镁底层用TuR-M62型X射线衍射仪作了物相鉴定。在EMX-SM型X射线电子探针分析仪上对涂层的厚度及分布等微观特征作了系统观察。通过对国内试制的天津T-5MgO和青岛08-MgO与日本T-2MgO的物理化学性质作了全面对比剖析,找出了试制MgO和日本T-2MgO的差距,为改进试制硅钢用MgO的工艺提供了可靠的依据。
This paper describes the physical and chemical properties of magnesia T-5MgO, Qingdao 08-MgO and T-2MgO in silicon steel. Morphology and size distribution of MgO particles were observed by EM-201 transmission electron microscope. Differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetric analysis were performed on the Model 3427 Derivative Instrument. Phase identification of the oriented layer of silicon steel insulation coated with the above magnesia as a raw material and annealing - a magnesium silicate substrate was performed using a TuR-M62 X-ray diffractometer. The microscopic features of coating thickness and distribution were systematically observed on the EMX-SM X-ray electron probe analyzer. By comparing the physical and chemical properties of Tianjin T-5MgO with Qingdao 08-MgO and T-2MgO from Japan, the gap between trial-produced MgO and Japanese T-2MgO was found out.
