以贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄主栽品种“赤霞珠”为试材,研究了滴灌条件下灌水周期对酿酒葡萄生长发育、产量及品质的影响,以及不同灌水周期下土壤水分动态变化。结果表明:灌水周期为8d处理显著提高新梢长和SPAD值,而灌水周期为6d处理促进养分积累,产量相比灌水周期为4d处理增产29.65%,同时该处理降低总酸、单宁含量,总酚较高;不同灌水周期下土壤水分运移规律明显,侧渗区域主要集中在20~50cm根区活动范围。
The effects of irrigation cycles on the growth, yield and quality of wine grape under drip irrigation were studied with the main cultivars of Cabernet Sauvignon, “Cabernet Sauvignon” in Helan Mountain, as well as the dynamic changes of soil moisture under different irrigation cycles. The results showed that: the irrigation duration of 8d significantly increased shoot length and SPAD value, while the irrigation duration of 6d promoted the accumulation of nutrients, the yield increased 29.65% compared with the irrigation duration of 4d, meanwhile the treatment reduced total acid and tannin content, The total phenols were high. Soil water transport was obvious under different irrigation cycles. The lateral infiltration was mainly concentrated in the activity range of 20 ~ 50 cm root zone.
