目的探讨急性脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块性质与血清胱抑素C(CycC)及神经肽Y(NPY)水平的关系。方法选取2016年11月—2017年4月来我院就诊的脑梗死且合并颈动脉斑块的患者86例(观察组),其中不稳定斑块组49例,稳定斑块组37例,并选取同期健康体检者72例(对照组),应用彩色多普勒超声检测所有受试者的颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)及动脉粥样硬化斑块性质,并测定所有受试者的血清胱抑素C,神经肽Y的水平,进行统计学分析。结果脑梗死组血清胱抑素C,神经肽Y水平高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.01),观察组中不稳定斑块组血清胱抑素C,神经肽Y水平高于稳定斑块组(P<0.01,P<0.01)。结论颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成及性质与血清胱抑素C,神经肽Y水平异常升高有关,降低两者水平对脑梗死的二级预防具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the plaque characteristics of carotid artery and the serum levels of Cystatin C (Cystatin C) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 86 patients (observation group) with cerebral infarction and carotid artery plaque treated in our hospital from November 2016 to April 2017 were selected, including 49 unstable plaque group and 37 stable plaque group 72 healthy subjects (control group) were enrolled in this study. The carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and the atherosclerotic plaque in all subjects were detected by color Doppler sonography. The serum levels of all the subjects Cystatin C, neuropeptide Y levels, for statistical analysis. Results Serum levels of cystatin C and neuropeptide Y in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01, P <0.01). Serum levels of cystatin C and neuropeptide Y in unstable plaque group were higher than those in stable plaque group Block group (P <0.01, P <0.01). Conclusions The formation and properties of carotid atherosclerosis plaque are related to abnormally elevated levels of cystatin C and neuropeptide Y. It is of great significance to reduce the level of both of them in secondary prevention of cerebral infarction.
