本文报导了用HJ-1型CO_2激光器对六种金属材料进行的相变硬化实验结果.研究了激光工艺参数对材料硬化层组织与性能影响.提出这些材料激光相变硬化的最佳工艺参数;并将激光硬化V型导轨的实验结果和普通热处理结果作比较.
In this paper, the experimental results of phase transformation hardening of six kinds of metal materials with HJ-1 type CO_2 laser are reported.The effects of laser parameters on the microstructure and properties of the hardened layers are studied, and the optimum parameters of laser phase transformation hardening are proposed. The experimental results of laser hardening V-shaped guide rail are compared with the results of ordinary heat treatment.
