20世纪80年代以来,随着竞争的加剧,文化越来越成为国家和城市增强竞争力的有效手段,城市文化生产的速度逐渐加快,规模日渐扩大。在文化生产的发展过程中,其性质也从开始的教育、保存等功能向以旅游为主的商业功能发展。在城市旅游发展的推动下,广州文化生产的旅游开展初显成效,但旅游功能仍严重不足。通过访谈和资料分析等方法,并借助城市科学的相关理论,分析了广州文化生产的现状和广州文化生产的目的、特点及其缺乏旅游功能的原因,并根据国外现代城市文化生产已有的成功经验,从政府、规划部门与文化生产的管理者三个角度提出了发展建议。
Since the 1980s, as competition intensifies, culture has increasingly become an effective means for countries and cities to enhance their competitiveness. The speed of urban cultural production is gradually accelerating and its scale is gradually expanding. In the process of the development of cultural production, its nature has also started from the beginning of education, preservation and other functions to the development of tourism-based business functions. Driven by the development of urban tourism, the tourism of Guangzhou’s cultural production has taken initial effect but its tourism function is still seriously insufficient. Through interviews and data analysis, and with the help of relevant theories of urban science, this paper analyzes the current situation of Guangzhou’s cultural production and the purpose and characteristics of Guangzhou’s cultural production as well as the reasons for the lack of tourism function. According to the successful achievements of modern urban cultural production abroad Experiences, from the government, planning departments and managers of cultural production put forward three proposals for development.
