研究了含Al_2Y化合物中间合金对AZ31镁合金铸态组织及晶粒细化行为的影响,探讨了Al_2Y对镁合金组织细化的机理。结果表明:挤压态中间合金晶粒较细小,第二相Al_2Y分布也较均匀;Al_2Y化合物对AZ31细化作用较明显,当其含量为1.5%时细化效果最好。
The effect of Al_2Y compound master alloy on the as-cast microstructure and grain refinement behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy was studied. The mechanism of Al_2Y refining on the microstructure of magnesium alloy was also discussed. The results show that the grain size of the as-extruded master alloy is very small and the distribution of the second phase Al 2 Y is also more uniform. The Al 2 Y compound has a more obvious effect on the AZ31 refinement. When the content is 1.5%, the refining effect is the best.
