分别测定了海藻酸钠样品 A和 B的含量、特性粘数、平均分子质量、动力粘度、G/M值等理化参数。重量法测定海藻酸钠的含量 :以乌式粘度计测定特性粘数并计算平均分子质量 ( Mw) ;以旋转粘度计测定动力粘度 ;薄层层析法测定 G/M值。结果 :海藻酸钠样品 A和 B的含量分别为 95.6± 2 .5%和 99.3± 2 .4 % ;Mw分别为 2 .19× 10 5和 3.4 3× 10 5;动力粘度分别为 35± 0 .7和 10 3± 12 ;G/M值分别为 0 .2和 1.0。
The physicochemical parameters such as content, intrinsic viscosity, average molecular weight, dynamic viscosity, and G/M value of sodium alginate samples A and B were determined. Determination of sodium alginate by gravimetric method: The intrinsic viscosity was measured with an osmotic viscometer and the average molecular mass (Mw) was calculated; the dynamic viscosity was measured with a rotational viscometer; and the G/M value was determined with thin layer chromatography. Results: The contents of sodium alginate samples A and B were 95.6±2.5% and 99.3±2.4% respectively; Mw was 2.19×10 5 and 3.4 3×10 5 respectively; the dynamic viscosity was 35±0 respectively. .7 and 10 3±12; G/M values were 0.2 and 1.0 respectively.
