目的 :评价以自我效能理论为指导的下肢肌肉力量训练方案应用于养老机构老年人的锻炼效果。方法 :选择2014年4-8月入住河北某养老机构并符合纳入标准的老年人52名为研究对象,以入住楼层为单位,分成干预组(n=25)和对照组(n=27)。对照组老年人在养老机构仅接受常规的生活照料,干预组老年人在此基础上接受自我效能理论指导下的下肢肌肉力量训练,每周3次,共干预16周。结果 :干预组老年人锻炼的依从率较高,为88%。干预后,干预组老年人5次坐立试验所需时间少于对照组(P<0.05),锻炼自我效能得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :将自我效能理论与下肢肌肉力量训练相结合,对改善老年人的下肢肌肉力量和运动自我效能、提高锻炼的依从性及增强锻炼效果具有一定的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of lower extremity muscle strength training program guided by self-efficacy theory on elderly people in nursing home. Methods: Fifty-two senile patients who lived in an old-age care facility in Hebei from April to August 2014 and were eligible for inclusion were divided into intervention group (n = 25) and control group (n = 27). In the control group, the elderly received only routine care in the pension institutions. On the basis of this, the elderly in the intervention group received muscle strength training under the guidance of self-efficacy theory, three times a week for a total of 16 weeks. Results: Elderly people in the intervention group had a higher compliance rate of 88%. After intervention, the intervention group took less time to sit 5 times than the control group (P <0.05), and the exercise self-efficacy score was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of self-efficacy theory and lower extremity muscle strength training is of great significance to improve elderly lower extremity muscle strength and motor self-efficacy, improve exercise compliance and enhance exercise effect.
