通过分析玉米地方种质自交系的配合力,可以了解自交系的应用价值,为新品种选育提供技术支撑。本文利用12份玉米自交系,采用NCII设计,对主要农艺性状遗传参数及配合力分析和杂种优势分析。结果表明:自交系354、355及C1、C2自交系具有较大育种潜力,352×C4是产量性状SCA表现良好的组合。与对照比较,杂种优势大于8%的组合多为354、355与C1、C2、C5所配组合。
By analyzing the combining ability of inbred lines of local germplasm in maize, we can understand the application value of inbred lines and provide technical support for the breeding of new varieties. In this study, 12 maize inbred lines and NCII design were used to analyze the genetic parameters, combining ability and heterosis of the main agronomic traits. The results showed that: Inbred lines 354,355 and C1, C2 inbred lines have great breeding potential, 352 × C4 is a good combination of yield traits SCA. Compared with the control, more than 8% of heterosis combinations were 354,355 and C1, C2, C5 with the combination.
