冷弯型钢由于冷加工硬化的作用,强度提高,塑性下降。但如果用于中高层建筑受力构件,冷弯薄壁焊接型钢短柱,所能承受的荷载和变形能力究竟如何;钢管的形状、尺寸及柱内的加劲肋等许多因素对短柱的极限承载力、屈曲破坏等的影响;现行GBJ18-87《冷弯薄壁焊接型钢结构技术规范》中的有关条款是否适用,都是有必要加以探讨的。为了探讨轴心荷载作用下,这些因素对构件性能的影响,对两个钢种(Q235和10PCu-Re)的宝钢管柱共八个短柱进行了加载试验,在本文将给出试验结果和讨论情况。
Cold-formed steel due to the effect of cold work hardening, increased strength, decreased plasticity. However, if it is used in middle and high-rise buildings, the cold-formed thin-walled welded steel short columns are subjected to a load-bearing structure, what the load and deformation capacity can withstand; the shape, size of the steel pipe, and the stiffening ribs in the column, and many other factors limit the length of the short column. The influence of bearing capacity, buckling failure, etc.; whether the relevant provisions in the current GBJ18-87 “Technical Code for Cold-formed Thin-Wall Welded Steel Structures” are applicable are all necessary to be discussed. In order to investigate the effect of these factors on the performance of the components under axial load, a total of eight short columns of two steel grades (Q235 and 10PCu-Re) were tested for loading. The test results are given in this paper. Discuss the situation.
