建立了高效液相色谱法测定楂曲平胃合剂中的和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、牡荆素葡萄糖苷、牡荆素鼠李糖苷、牡荆素和金丝桃苷6个成分。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱,以25%乙腈甲醇溶液为流动相A,0.5%甲酸为流动相B,梯度洗脱;检测波长为294 nm(和厚朴酚、厚朴酚)和340 nm(牡荆素葡萄糖苷、牡荆素鼠李糖苷、牡荆素和金丝桃苷)。结果上述6成分分别在4.75~95.0、5.00~100.0、2.50~50.0、6.50~130.0、2.00~40.0和3.25~65.0?g/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.9%、97.8%、99.3%、98.5%、97.9%和97.2%,RSD分别为1.44%、1.08%、1.21%、0.98%、1.30%和1.52%。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of 6 components of honokiol, honokiol, vitexin glucoside, vitexin rhamnoside, vitexin and hyperin in hawthorn pingpingwei mixture. Kromasil C18 column was used. The mobile phase A was consisted of 25% acetonitrile in methanol and 0.5% formic acid as mobile phase B. The detection wavelength was 294 nm (honokiol, honokiol) and 340 nm Glucoside, vitexin rhamnoside, vitexin and hyperoside). Results The above six components had a good linear relationship in the range of 4.75 ~ 95.0, 5.00 ~ 100.0, 2.50 ~ 50.0, 6.50 ~ 130.0, 2.00 ~ 40.0 and 3.25 ~ 65.0 μg / ml, with the average recoveries of 98.9% and 97.8% 99.3%, 98.5%, 97.9% and 97.2% with RSDs of 1.44%, 1.08%, 1.21%, 0.98%, 1.30% and 1.52%, respectively.
