目的探讨雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)对重症肌无力(MG)的免疫调节机制。方法将52例MG患者随机分为TⅡ治疗组及非TⅡ治疗组,观察TⅡ治疗组和非TⅡ治疗组治疗前后及40例正常对照外周血T淋巴细胞亚群分布。结果TⅡ治疗组及非TⅡ治疗组治疗前外周血中CD3、CD8细胞较正常对照组明显降低,CD4与正常对照组比较无显著性差别,CD4/CD8比值较正常对照组显著升高;TⅡ治疗组治疗前后外周血中CD3无明显差别,CD4较治疗前明显降低,CD8明显增加,CD4/CD8比值则显著降低,而非TⅡ治疗组外周血CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8比值治疗前后则无显著性变化。结论TⅡ治疗MG的免疫抑制机制可能通过调节T淋巴细胞亚群分布而发挥作用。
Objective To investigate the immune regulation mechanism of Tripterygium glycosides (TII) on myasthenia gravis (MG). Methods Fifty-two patients with MG were randomly divided into TⅡ-treated group and non-TⅡ-treated group. The distribution of T lymphocyte subsets in TⅡ-treated group and non-TⅡ-treated group before and after treatment and in 40 normal controls were observed. Results Before treatment, the levels of CD3 and CD8 in TⅡ-treated group and non-TⅡ-treated group were significantly lower than those in normal control group. There was no significant difference between CD4 and normal control group, CD4 / CD8 ratio was significantly higher than that in normal control group. Before and after treatment, there was no significant difference in CD3 between peripheral blood and peripheral blood before treatment, CD4 was significantly lower than before treatment, CD8 was significantly increased, CD4 / CD8 ratio was significantly lower than non-T Ⅱ treatment group peripheral blood CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4 / CD8 ratio before and after treatment No significant change. Conclusion The mechanism of TⅡ treatment of MG may play its role by regulating the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets.
