图书馆工作的关键问题,是干部队伍建设问题。有什么样的人,就办什么样的馆,办什么样的馆就需要什么样的人。我省公共图书馆历来重视干部队伍建设,多年来开展了各种形式的干部培训和干部教育工作,不断地提高干部队伍的业务素质。在各级党委和政府的关怀下,经过各级文化行政部门的努力,干部队伍无论在数量上还是素质上都有了飞速发展。1989年比1979年,在岗人员增加了将近一倍,达到1633人,大专学历以上人员增加了四倍多,达到568人。1982年图书馆学专业毕业生只有67
The key issue of library work is the issue of cadre building. What kind of people, what kind of museum to do, what kind of museum to do what kind of people need. Public libraries in our province have always attached importance to the building of a contingent of cadres. Over the years, various forms of cadre training and cadre education have been carried out to continuously improve the professional quality of cadres. In 1989 and 1979, the number of on-the-job staffs nearly doubled to 1,633, and the number of staff with tertiary qualifications or more increased more than fourfold to 568. Library science graduates in 1982 only 67
